La Comadre is a precooked white corn flour made in Colombia following a traditional recipe, using locally grown corn. Its fine grind and precooking allow the dough to be prepared quickly with just water and salt, producing arepas with a soft texture and an authentic flavour.

The flour is fortified with iron, folic acid and vitamins B1, B2 and B3. It comes in a 1 kg pack and is distributed by JotaJota Foods of the World.
