In La Labor, Ocotepeque (Honduras), more than 160 women coffee farmers work together under the LA LABOR WOMEN COFFEE PRODUCERS ASSOCIATION (AMPROCAL), a project born from the desire to improve their environment through coffee.

From cultivation to harvest, each process is carefully managed with expertise, prioritizing sustainable practices such as the use of biogas and the transformation of waste into organic fertilizers.

The result is a clean and expressive coffee, the fruit of collective effort and a commitment to a production method that respects both the land and those who work it.
